This guide provides a detailed walkthrough of how to access the AMS360 Web Services API settings and generate the credentials required to integrate with Synatic’s AgencyFuse platform.
Follow the instructions below to create an AMS360 EMS Connection.
1. To begin, log in to the AMS360 environment. At the top of the screen, locate and click the Admin tab. This is where system-level setup and configuration tools are located.
2. Click on the “Web Services API” option to access the configuration area where API users and permissions are created. The Web Services API Setup window will appear.
3. Inside the Web Services API panel, click on New.
4. Enter the required user Login ID and Password (1), Select Entity Access Security to set the permissions to the API user (2), and select Check All to select all entities Synatic should have access to (3).
NOTE: Make sure to write down your API login details. These credentials will be required later when configuring your AMS360 EMS connection inside AgencyFuse (Synatic).
