Creating an AMS360 EMS Connection

Follow the instructions below to create an AMS360 EMS Connection.

1. To begin, log in to the AMS360 environment. At the top-right of the screen, click the Menu button (1) and then click on the Admin tab (2) to open the Admin Center.

NOTE: There are two Admin Centers to choose from (Original and New Experience). The Original Admin Center was chosen for this demonstration.

2. Click on the Application Catalogue tab.

3. Scroll down to the Synatic - EMS Application and click on the Subscribe button.

4. Click on the New Button to configure the user access credentials.

5. Enter the required credentials and click on the Add button once user access is configured:

  • Provide a preferred Username (1).

  • Provide a preferred Short Name (2).

  • Click on the Dropdown Arrow to select the required Business Unit Group(s) (3).

  • Select the required Security Group Assignment or click on the Select All button to select all (4).

6. A confirmation screen will appear showing the configured application user access credentials. These can be edited by clicking on the Edit button. If all is correct, click on the Subscribe button.

7. The Synatic - EMS Application will be added to the existing applications list. Click on the Edit button to see the Access Key.

8. Click on the Eye icon to see the Access Key. It can be copied using the Copy button in the field. This is the EMS APP Key you will use in Synatic's AgencyFuse.

NOTE: Make sure to save these credentials as they will be required later when configuring your AMS360 EMS connection inside AgencyFuse (Synatic).
