The AgencyFuse solutions require a system to work. Only certain connections can be used for certain solutions. If the connection is configured for the solution, it will appear in the list.

NOTE: Before adding an AMS360 System, ensure that BOTH WSAPI and EMS connections have been created on AMS360:

Once the connections have been established, follow the instructions below to add the AMS360 WSAPI and EMS System in AgencyFuse.

Adding an AMS360 WSAPI and EMS System

To create an AMS360 WSAPI system, follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the systems tab.

2. Click on the Add System button.

3. Select a system from the drop-down menu. The AMS360 system will be chosen.

4. Follow the guided steps and provide the required WSAPI credentials. Click the Next button to move to the next step.

  • System Name: Set up a name that appears on the AgencyFuse Connection page – make it unique for easier searching.

  • Agency Number: This is the AMS360 Agency Number for the particular instance of AMS360 that is being connected.

  • WSAPI Login ID: The Login ID that is created for the AMS360 Web Services API.

  • Password: The password that is created for the AMS360 Web Services API.

5. Provide the required EMS credentials.

  • EMS Application Key: Use the following Application Key as shown below:

    ca984271-4c6a-416b-8a19-8b0f1be95311
  • EMS Access Key: The Access Key is created when you subscribe to the EMS application on Vertafore.

6. Click on the Create button to add the system.

The New system will be created as shown in the image below.

Resources and Actions

Each system has preconfigured Resources and Actions. Each Action will perform changes on the Resources. These will be used when creating a Mapping between different systems. The example below shows the HubSpot system's Resources and Actions.

Loading the Data

To load the data, click on the Data Model button in the system.

Click on the Refresh Data Model button, as shown in the image below. This will load all the Resources and Actions data in AMS360.

Staging Data

To finalise loading the data, click on the Enable staging button in the top right corner to access the Staging Data section. The image below shows the Staging Data section before data is loaded.

Click on the Load Data button to load the data. Select an entity and provide the IDs if required, or leave blank to load all data. Click on the Load Raw Data button.

A tarun box will be displayed on the top right of the screen, which will show the processing time.

NOTE: Please allow approximately 15 minutes for the data to load.

The Data will be loaded when it is done processing. Click on the Enable Staging button to see the number of loaded data, shown in the image below.
