When you log into Synatic, the main user interface should look something similar to this:
This interface is made up of 3 main sections:
The left-hand menu column is where your Operations Portals, APIs, and Solutions are organized, managed, created, and selected.
The top menu bar gives you access to the dashboard and monitoring functions of various components such as Triggers, Relays, and Runs. At the right-hand side of the menu bar, you can manage your account Profile, Settings, Logs, and Org Links.
The central work area or canvas displays the data, designers, or views currently selected from the menus.
Menu items with preceding arrows can be expanded or collapsed by clicking on the arrow.
Creating new objects
New objects of a particular type can be created by clicking the green ⨁ icon adjacent to the menu items:
Opening and editing objects
You can click on an object to open it and see its settings and information. Once it is open, click Edit 📝to modify it:
At the bottom right-hand of the screen is a messenger icon, where you can get help. Click to open it and search for help on a topic, or send a message to our support team for more assistance.
