When you log into Synatic, the main user interface/dashboard will look as illustrated in the below image.

The Menu Bar is located on the left side of the screen as outlined in the image below.

The Menu Bar is where all the Solutions, Flows, Parameters and all other concepts can be located. For more information on the Menu Bar, click on the link below:

The Account Menu is located at the top right of the screen as outlined in the image below.

The Account Menu has User, Help Center, Community, Profile, Operations Portal and Sign Out options. For more information on the Menu Bar, click on the link below:

The Task Bar is located at the bottom of the screen.

All open tabs will be shown here for easy navigation between the different tabs. Click on the arrow on the left side of the Task Bar (shown in the image below) to see a list of the open tabs.

There is also an option to reopen recently closed tabs. Click on the Reopen recent button and all the closed tabs will be reopened.

Click on the three dotted buttons on tab as illustrated in the image below to access more option such as opening in a new tab, closing the current tab, closing all other tabs, or close all tabs.

The Task Bar can also be used to add new concepts. Click on the plus button on the right side of the Task Bar (shown in the image below) to select a concept to add.

At the bottom right side of the screen is a messenger icon, where you can get help.

Click to open it and search for help on a topic, or send a message to our support team for more assistance.
