The Designer Web Interface is briefly described below.
Layout
When you log into Synatic, the main user interface/dashboard will look as illustrated in the below image.
Menu Bar
The Menu Bar is located on the left side of the screen as outlined in the image below.
The Menu Bar is where all the Solutions, Flows, Parameters and all other concepts can be located. For more information on the Menu Bar, click on the link below:
Account Menu
The Account Menu is located at the top right of the screen as outlined in the image below. To access the account menu, click on the username initials located at the top right of the screen as shown in the image below. The Account Menu has User, Help Center, Community, Profile, Operations Portal and Sign Out options.
Community
The Community section will launch the Synatic Community website where use case articles can be found.
Profile
The Profile section can be used to generate a user access key in a Synatic organization. Click on the Generate Key button shown in the image below to generate an access key.
The Reset Portal Variables button will reload the entire platform and close all open tabs.
Operations Portal
The Operations Portal section will launch the Operations Portal website where you will be able to log in.
Admin Portal
Click on the Admin Portal button to return to the Admin Portal.
Sign Out
The Sign Out section is used to sign out of the platform.
Task Bar
The Task Bar is located at the top of the screen.
All open tabs will be shown here for easy navigation between the different tabs. Click on the arrow on the left side of the Task Bar (shown in the image below) to see a list of the open tabs, Close other tabs and Close all tabs.
Getting Help
At the bottom right side of the screen is a messenger icon, where you can get help.
Click to open it and search for help on a topic, or send a message to our support team for more assistance.
