This page shows all Buffer and Run storage statistics in a Synatic organization.

To access Storage Stats, click on your username initials located on the top right of the page to open the organization’s menu. Then click on Storage Stats as highlighted in the below image.

Buffer Storage Stats

The image below is the Stats Storage page.

The statistics for each buffer that you have in your organization can be viewed in this page.

  • Count column – shows the number of records in the buffer.

  • Size column – shows the size of the buffer.

  • Index size column – shows the size of the indexes in the buffer.

  • Total size column – shows the total size of the buffer size and the index size in megabytes.

Run Storage Stats

Shows the statistics for each run that you have in your organization.

  • Runs column – shows the number of runs in the flow.

  • Run Records column – shows the number of records processed in the flow.

  • Run Events column – shows the number of run events in that occurred in the flow.

Retention Period

The retention period allows data that is being purged to be kept for a short and specified period of time. Click on the Retention Period dropdown list to select the desired retention period.

Purge button

The purge button is used to delete the selected data. To purge the data, click on the Purge button.

There are 3 options for the retention data that can be purged which are runs, run records or run events. Click on the required data to be deleted and then click on the OK button as illustrated in the image below.
