To access the account menu, click on the username initials located at the top right of the screen as shown in the image below. The Account Menu has User, Help Center, Community, Profile, Operations Portal and Sign Out options.

The Help section will launch the Synatic Help Center website where help articles can be found.

The Community section will launch the Synatic Community website where use case articles can be found

The Profile section can be used to generate a user access key in a Synatic organization. Click on the Generate Key button shown in the image below to generate an access key.

The Reset Portal Variables button will reload the entire platform and close all open tabs.

The Operations Portal section will launch the Operations Portal website where you will be able to log in.

The Sign Out section is used to sign out of the platform.
