The AMS 360 WSAPI Destination step is used to retrieve records from the AMS 360 Web Services API. An account is required for this step to work.

Adding an AMS 360 WSAPI Destination Step
To add an AMS 360 WSAPI Destination step in a flow, follow the instructions below:
1. Click on the plus icon as shown in the image below.
2. The page below will appear. Select or search for AMS 360 WSAPI as shown in the image below.
Configuring an AMS 360 WSAPI Destination Step

A connection is required for this step. Click on the highlighted plus button to create a new connection.
Entity β The entity or method to use to retrieve. Click on the dropdown arrow to select from the list.
Retry β The option can be enabled by clicking on the checkbox. It will retry an HTTP call to the AMS 360 WSAPI Web Services API
Times β Set the number of retries to attempt.
Delay β Set the delay, in seconds, between the retries.
Using an AMS 360 WSAPI Destination Step
To use an AMS 360 WSAPI Destination Step, the information must be provided exactly as required for each Entity. Open the required entity from this documentation and then provide the information as required in the Record Generator. Execute the flow to update the entity information.
