Recover Organization Name
If you forget your organization’s login name, the following instructions will help you to recover it:
1. Click on Synatic’s login page which is the link below:
2. Click on “Forgot Organization?” which is highlighted in the below image.
3. The below page will appear. Type in your email address in the highlighted field and click on “SEND ORGANIZATIONS” to receive an email from Synatic which consists of a list of login names for organizations you have access to.
4. Select the Data Processing Region that the organization belongs to by clicking on the dropdown expander as highlighted in the image below.
Recover Password
If you forget your password, the following instructions will help you to reset a new password:
1. After signing into your organization, click “Forgot password?” as highlighted in the image below.
2. The below page will appear. Type in your email address in the Email address field and click on “Continue”. You will receive an email from Synatic to reset your password.
3. The below image will appear for you to check your email for an email from Synatic to reset your password.
4. In the email you received from Synatic, click on the Confirm button to confirm the password change as illustrated in the below image.
5. It will open a web page where you can type a new password and click on the Reset password button to reset your password as shown in the below image.
