The Ops Portal tab is used to access ops views that a user has been added to.

To access Ops Portal, click on the username initials located on the top right of the page to open the org’s menu. Then click on Ops Portal as highlighted in the below image.

The below page will appear with all the Available Ops Views that can be accessed.

In the example below, a Buffer Ops View is selected. To access the Buffer Ops View, follow the instructions below:

1. Select the Ops Portal view created from the list of available views.

2. Data in the buffer is displayed.

The following are the available Views that can be created:

  • AsyncFlow - Used to run and monitor any of the flows in an Asynchronous mode.

  • SyncFlow - Used to run and monitor any of the flows in a Synchronous mode.

  • Buffer - Used to view and manage any of the Synatic Buffers.

  • Runs - Used to view and monitor the flow results of any of the listed Runs.

  • Run - Used to view and monitor the flow results of any specific Run ID.

  • HTML - Used to display the output of a flow in an HTML formatted page.

  • Graph - Used to create a Graph chart of X-axis & Y-axis data in a flow output.

  • Validator – View and manage data.

  • Matcher– View and manage data matches in different data sources.

  • Deduplicator – View and manage data duplicates in the same data source.
