Modify and maintain data values in a Buffer.

Values Tab

The values tab can be used in two ways:

  1. To maintain the data in the Buffer, by adding new records or updating current records.

  2. To debug the data in the Buffer, using the Query tools.

The Values dialog, shown in the image below consists of four options.

The Values dialog consists of four options:

  • Add values to the Buffer. Click the + Add Value button located above the Filter option to open the dialog.

  • Filter the data in the Buffer. Click the Filter > arrow icon to open the dialog.

  • Edit individual records. Click the Pencil icon on the left of the bin/trash can icon to open the edit dialog.

  • Delete individual records. Click the Bin/Trash can icon to delete a record.

Add Value

Capture and edit Buffer data using the Edit Value or Capture Value tabs.

Edit Value

This tab is used to capture or edit data in the Buffer data using the MongoDB Extended JSON specification. Click the Save button to conclude.

Capture Value

This tab is used to add data to the Buffer. Capture the data, then click the Save button for each record.
