AgencyFuse enables the effortless creation of a bi-directional data flow between AMS and CRM, providing instant access to comprehensive customer and policy information without leaving your CRM.
By consolidating data from multiple sources, AgencyFuse enables businesses to build powerful, real-time dashboards. These dashboards offer actionable insights, allowing teams to make informed decisions quickly and confidently.
The Synatic Correct solution enables data extraction into Synatic buffers, transformation, modification, and correction of relevant data in bulk, and updates the source system. This will be shown in reports, which help assess the data.
Adding a System
The Correct solution requires a system to work. Only certain connections can be used for Correct. If the connection is configured for the Correct solution, it will appear in the list.
To create a system, follow the instructions below:
1. Click on the systems tab.
2. Click on the Add System button.
3. Select a system from the drop-down menu. The AMS360 system will be chosen for Match.
4. Provide the required credentials and then click on the Create button to add the system.
5. The New system will be created as shown in the image below.
Loading the Data
To load the data, click on the Data Model button in the system.
Click on the Refresh Data Model button, as shown in the image below. This will load all the Resources and Actions data in AMS360.
Staging Data
To finalise loading the data, click on the Enable staging button in the top right corner to access the Staging Data section. The image below shows the Staging Data section before data is loaded.
Click on the Load Data button to load the data. Select an entity and provide the IDs if required, or leave blank to load all data. Click on the Load Raw Data button.
A tarun box will be displayed on the top right of the screen, which will show the processing time.
NOTE: Please allow approximately 15 minutes for the data to load.
The Data will be loaded when it is done processing. Click on the Enable Staging button to see the number of loaded data, shown in the image below. Disable staging data when done.
Using the Correct Solution
Click on the Correct solution in the menu tab to access the system.
Click on the +New Report to load a report.
Filter Section
Once reports are created, there will be options to filter them.
Report # – Filter according to the report number.
Status – Filter according to a status.
Created By – Filter according to who created the report.
Health Score – Filter according to
Checks Completed – Filter by the completed checks.
Upload Date From – Filter according to a specified ‘From’ upload date.
Upload Date To – Filter according to a specified ‘To’ upload date.
Reset Filters – Reset all the filters
Refresh – Refresh the filters.
Actions
There are options to View Reports, which show a detailed report, or download, to download the full report. This section will show the View option.
The report will show the System Health Overview, Records by Resource, and a section showing each resource.
The Green shows a "Healthy" state, and the Orange shows a "Needs Attention" state; this means there are some invalid fields in the records.
Click on a desired graph to see details. Only one can be viewed at a time. The example below uses the Email Valid resource graph from the Contacts Resource.
A detailed report showing email validity will be displayed.
There are different sections with details. Six of these are described as numbered in the image below.
1 - Show Only Invalid Records Checkbox: Filter only to show the invalid records.
2 - Email Address Message: The message and reason for the invalid status.
3 - Email Address Suggested Value: The suggested email address to fix the invalid.
4 - Export CSV: Export a CSV of the report to your computer.
5 - Download Report: Download the full report.
6 - Search: Search for a specific record.
